What trip of mine would be complete without the requisite super wide panorama? Naturally, I had to take one before I left, and I could think of no better place than the Swan Lake trail at Grundy Lake provincial park. I would say without a doubt that this is the most amazing vista in the entire park, and I’m very fortunate to have been there during such perfect weather.

I think I’m getting a lot better at these stitched wide angle shots, and fortunately for people who don’t like spinning their monitor around 360 degrees to see the whole thing properly, I’ve gotten bored of the little planet effect. I also think my high dynamic range compilations look much more natural than some of my older pictures, which sometimes had very strange brightness curves. Anyway, I don’t often post full-res pics, so this is a first. But it’s the only way to properly convey the beauty of this particular landscape, so consider it a freebie.
